I’m a CEO, Independent Director, and systems thinker with a record of leading transformation across fintech, retail and social enterprise. My work sits at the intersection of leadership, innovation and justice — exploring how we design organisations that are as fair and future-ready as they are commercially strong.


A career built on transformation and growth

From scaling founder-led start-ups to guiding established enterprises through complex change, I’ve led teams of more than 150 and delivered multi-million-dollar growth outcomes.

My career has spanned the UK and Aotearoa, including leadership roles across fintech, retail and purpose-led ventures. As Co-CEO of Tax Traders, I helped shape one of New Zealand’s most progressive fintechs. Before that, I led marketing, e-commerce and customer experience for The Warehouse Group, and earlier built retail and brand growth for high-performing UK businesses.
